Just a few weeks ago, the phone rang and John Spillane, Principal of Spillane Consulting Associates, Inc. received notification from The Warren Group, that SCA was voted “Gold”, their highest designation in the Banking category for Consulting and the Best of 2019’ by Banker and Tradesman publication.
