Calling on ACES Quality Control Analysts

SCA is searching for qualified candidates looking to work remotely that maintain a minimum of 2-3 years with ACES QC Pre/Post Closing audit technology experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage industry knowledge working in either mortgage processing, underwriting or possess extensive quality control background. Proficiency with Fannie, Freddie, FHA/VA guidelines is required. A working insight of mortgage lending and compliance such as TRID, TILA, etc. is highly desired. Ability to perform a QC audit for all standard QC, EPD’s and Target Audits along with ability to calculate income, assets, credit and property reviews.
