SCA searching for qualified candidates in the New England area with a minimum of 3-5 years of mortgage knowledge and experience working in either mortgage processing, underwriting and/or extensive quality control background. Knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, FHA/VA guidelines is required. A working knowledge of mortgage lending and compliance such as TRID, TILA, etc. is highly desired. Ability to perform a QC audit for all standard QC, EPD’s and Target Audits along with ability to calculate income, assets, credit and property reviews.

Preference will be given to candidates in the New England area and only candidates whose profiles closely match requirements will be considered during the search.
