The WAC is 4.08% with a remaining term of 355 months along with an original LTV of 72.18% and a DTI Ratio of 35.29. The average FICO Score is 771.

Please note that 10% of this pool is originated and located within New England. The package may be divided up, if interested. Servicing of this package will continue to be retained by the Seller. Bids are due by 5:00PM no later than Friday, September 23, 2022.
