The pool consists of 172 loans comprised of the following product types:

  • 39 fixed-rate residential loans totaling $27mm

  • 62 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgages totaling $33mm

  • 21 7/1 adjustable-rate mortgages totaling $11.7mm

  • 50 10/1 adjustable-rate mortgages totaling $21.3mm

Approximately 95% of this pool is originated and located here in New England. The package may be divided up based upon your current need. Servicing of this package will continue to be retained by the Seller. Bids will be accepted based on the Pass-Thru Rate.
