The SCA Mortgage Exchange, a mortgage banking advisory group is pleased to present an offering of $93.6mm of residential loans consisting of 172 mortgages. The breakdown of the pool is as follows:

  • 39 fixed-rate residential loans totaling $27mm

  • 62 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgages totaling $33mm

  • 21 7/1 adjustable-rate mortgages totaling $11.7mm

  • 50 10/1 adjustable-rate mortgages totaling $21.3mm

Please note that approximately 95% of this pool is originated and located within New England. The package may be divided up, if interested. Servicing of this package will continue to be retained by the Seller.
