  • The WAC is 4.249% with a remaining term (WAM) of 354 months, with an LTV of 73.61% and a DTI Ratio of 34.62. The weighted average FICO Score is 753.

  • Please note that 97% of this pool is originated within the Massachusetts, Rhode Island.

  • The pool may be split if interested. Servicing of this package will continue to be retained by the Seller. All bids are based on a Pass-Thru Rate of 3.999 for this pool and are due by 5:00PM on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
