Due to increased expansion at Spillane Consulting Associates, SCA is searching for skilled candidates looking to advance within our Quality Control department. Training is mandatory will be provided at our North Weymouth office for a minimum of two weeks, to navigate our QC analytics platform. Being computer savvy and having a real feel and proficiency with mortgage files is a must!
The position is accountable for assessing and analyzing our client’s mortgage loan files associated with the GSEs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHLB), Government (FHA/VA/USDA) as well as in-house mortgage portfolios. Knowledge of GSE secondary market guidelines, as well as federal and state laws and regulations preferred. Prepares careful ad detailed analysis of loan files to identify any potential defects or red flags that our clients should be made aware of to mitigate risk and avoid possible loan repurchases.
Coordinates objectives and timelines with QC Manager to maximize efficiencies and productivity. Looking for team players who demonstrate the following:

· Responsible to evaluate assigned workload and communicate to QC Manager if assistance is required for completion to meet deadlines.
· Must possess strong interpersonal skills and possess a real team player attitude.
