SCA Announcement: Justin Coscia Promoted to Client Relationship Manager

SCA is delighted to announce the promotion of Justin Coscia to the position of Client Relationship Manager!

Justin has been a valuable member of our team at Spillane for 11 years, progressing through the company. As a Certified Encompass Administrator, he has been a catalyst in the launching nationally of SCA’s Technology group, assisting many of our clients with the implementation and administration of various banking technology solutions. Throughout his tenure, Justin has demonstrated a passion and aptitude for establishing and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Over the next several weeks and months, Justin will be reaching out to introduce himself and help each of our clients get the most value from their relationship with SCA. He will work in conjunction with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive lead generation efforts with our new and existing client base, while also gathering and utilizing feedback to ensure satisfaction through after-sales care.
