$85.9mm Pool of Fixed-Rate & ARM Rate Loans Available for Bid

The SCA Mortgage Exchange, a mortgage banking advisory group is pleased to present an offering of $85.9mm of residential loans consisting of 156 loans of both Fixed-Rate and Adjustable-Rate Mortgages. Please note that 98% of these loans have been originated within the States of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The pool consists of 46 fixed-rate loans totaling $31.4mm and 110 ARM loans totaling $54.5mm. The package may be split if interested. This package will continue to be service retained by the Seller and all bids are due by June 17, 2022.
