Entry Level Mortgage Coordinator – We Will Train You!
SCA looking for part-time candidates (Mothers Hours, Seniors, Retirees) who possess proficient computer and customer service skills and have an awesome personality.
What Will You Will Be Doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurately verified and complies with company and investor guidelines. Verify all loan documentation including but not limited to, income, employment, and deposit verifications, tax transcripts/4506-C.
What We Need From You:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Desktop computer & Microsoft Office
Comfortable speaking with Companies, Clients over the phone
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to learn
On-site position only (No Remote), part-time attendance
