Meet the Team: Mindy Molina-O’Leary

This week, we’d like to introduce the leader of our QC team:

Mindy Molina-O’Leary

Senior QC Analyst

Mindy has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She had worked as an underwriter and a closer and, before joining SCA, was a Secondary Market Analyst at a local bank. Mindy’s strong work ethic keeps our QC team operating efficiently and makes sure that our internal processes are optimized to effectively meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Originally from New York, Mindy now considers herself a Boston native and spends her free time bouncing between coaching high school soccer and performing her duties as dedicated Uber driver to her children. Mindy’s integrity, accountability, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to the SCA family of consultants and our clients alike.
