Meet the Team: Heather Papows

This week, we’d like to introduce the face of our loan servicing department, Heather Papows.

Loan Servicing and Secondary Market Consultant

Heather Papows joined the SCA team in 2021, bringing with her over 13 years of lending experience. Her specialty is in managing secondary market and loan servicing functions for residential, commercial, and consumer loans. Heather has spent most of her career working in community banks, which helped instill her customer-focused approach, as well as her emphasis on working as a team to accomplish a common goal. She is looking forward to taking on projects assessing various loan servicing departments to assist with process improvements, data reconciliation and reporting, as well as the utilization of technologies for enhancing workflows.
