HMDA and Quality Control Analyst Positions Need to be Filled Today!

SCA is looking for individuals with 2-3 current years of HMDA and Reg C experience that can utilize discretion and independent judgement and decision making with HMDA LARS. Reviewing withdrawals/denial of loan files to ensure loans are dispositioned accurately, timely, and in compliance with policies and procedures. Must have a detailed review skill set, and the ability to prioritize tasks. This is a remote position. Familiarity with Encompass and/or Mortgagebot LOS systems is a plus. Mortgage Underwriting background helps.

The post-closing quality control position requires 1-3 years of experience reviewing loans to assess the accuracy and integrity and reverification of the loan data submitted to support the lending decision. Knowledge of GSE (Freddie/Fannie guidelines is desired Strong comfort level working with computers and technology is a must and any familiarity with the ACES system is a major bonus. This position is remote.
