Friendship Home: SCA’s Giving Tuesday Recipient
Spillane Consulting Associates is proud to support Friendship Home: The Home with a Heart this Giving Tuesday. Friendship Home, Inc. is an organization that focuses on enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Friendship Home offers an array of inspiring programs that help raise awareness in our communities and advocate for the needs of the individuals served. A sample of their offerings include:
Overnight Respite Center offers short stays for adults with developmental disabilities to experience a sense of independence in a small group environment
Bridges to Work employment program empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to explore their career plans, set goals, and build the necessary skills to attain and retain a job.
Social Recreation options offer a range of social recreational options to have fun and socialize with friends.
Leadership for All Abilities program offers a seven-month learning series for adults with disabilities, encouraging participants to recognize their own abilities, exercise leadership, and realize their full potential.
