Fair Lending & HMDA: MMBA Presentation by SCA’s Rob Ellis

On June 5th, SCA’s Senior Compliance Consultant Robert Ellis presented to a group of over 100 attendees hosted by the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA). Rob’s presentation focused on the FFIEC Fair Lending Examination procedures and the indicators of potential disparate treatment in underwriting, pricing, steering, redlining, and marketing.
