CAREER OPPORTUNITY: SCA seeks qualified HMDA Mortgage Compliance Analyst

Spillane Consulting Associates currently seeks an experienced HMDA Mortgage Compliance Analyst to join our growing team! This person would be responsible for the review of all residential, consumer, and commercial (small business) loan data for examination and reporting purposes, allowing Clients the ability to submit a clean LAR of HMDA and CRA loans as required by the CFPB.

This position requires advanced mortgage compliance knowledge and proven problem solving and decision-making skills. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to participate in time sensitive projects and enjoy a high level of client interaction.
