CALLING ALL Jr. Underwriters & Processors!!!
SCA is looking for experienced and tech savvy funders, jr. underwriters, and mortgage processors to join our growing team. Individuals must possess great energy, a dedication to hard work and be detail- oriented.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for document management and review with a keen eye for accuracy for compliance, completeness, and exactitude prior to client funding and closing.
Job Responsibilities
Must have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in pre-funding, jr. underwriting or mortgage processing.
Accurately and timely reviews all loan documentation required for funding.
Calculate Income, Verify Assets using documentation provided and verify sufficient funds are available
Identifies and reports any missing documentation or issues prior to funding conditions.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to turn loan files around in a timely manner to meet required deadlines.
Willingness to perform tasks outside the defined scope of the role.
Qualifications & Skills
Working knowledge of funding process and procedures.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with standard industry established guidelines.
Knowledge of various LOS Systems preferred but not required-willing to train right candidate
