Spillane Consulting Associates (SCA) is searching for candidates with 2-3 years’ experience utilizing the ACES QC analytics platform to join our team. The position performs quality control file reviews for post-closing mortgage loans. Candidate will work closely with Quality Control Manager to identify and correct potential audit defects/failures.

In this role, Candidate will:

  • Review Loan file documentation through ACES system to conduct monthly audits.

  • 2-3 years’ experience with residential lending QC, loan processing or underwriting.

  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA guidelines

  • Must be a self-starter, able to function with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment both within/outside of the department.
