Important update to logging in:
Signing in using Login.gov will be mandatory for the 2025 filing season.
Starting January 1, 2025, all users of the HMDA Platform must switch to a Login.gov account, which uses multifactor authentication. Users will no longer have the option to sign in using the current process.
For help with setting up your Login.gov account please utilize this link (https://ffiec.cfpb.gov/documentation/faq/login-gov-quick-reference) to access the Quick Reference Guide and FAQ’s.
Users must have a Login.gov account with a BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR INSTITUTION. Personal email domains cannot be used to access the HMDA platform.
Please note that HMDA Help cannot assist with Login.gov technical questions. All Login.gov queries should be directed to Login.gov contact https://www.login.gov/contact/.
To ensure your institution is fully prepared for the March 3rd HMDA filing deadline, we've created this readiness checklist. Use it as a guide to assess your current state of preparedness and identify any areas that may require additional attention.
