StaffingSCA provides qualified mortgage professionals for all aspects of lending. These services are available for long or short term periods, on or off-site. SCA also offers temporary to permanent hiring and professional search services. Our lending professionals are available to provide you with interim coverage for staffing loss, vacations and leave of absence.

We provide experienced personnel during loan promotions and periods of peak volume. When the need arises for additional staff we provide you with experienced lending personnel on short notice. When the need goes away so do our people, avoiding excess staffing and all the financial, legal and emotional difficulties related to reducing staff.
