Who Works With Us
Some of the mortgage industry’s prominent names have worked for SCA. For some, it's the flexibility and freedom of choosing when you are going to work and where. For others, it's the variety of assignments and the learning experience gained working at a number of companies.
SCA offers temporary income and continued involvement in the industry to bankers who have been displaced. We are usually not the answer for someone who needs guaranteed long term employment with full benefits. But some people who had been out of work found permanent employment after working temporarily with SCA.
How You Are Paid
As an SCA consultant you will be a temporary employee of our company. You are paid every two weeks while you are on assignment. We pay the employer's portion of Social Security and unemployment taxes and deduct Federal and State income taxes. As a temporary employee, you are covered under our worker's compensation policy.
How We Work With People
SCA places qualified mortgage banking professionals into mortgage banking assignments with our client companies. Many of our temporary employees are hired by our clients to permanent positions, while others enjoy the flexibility of working within SCA.
