John Spillane, Principal
John Spillane is the principal of Spillane Consulting Associates, Inc.
In his 25 year mortgage banking career, he held management positions in underwriting, production, and marketing. John has developed a diverse secondary market network that includes banks, mortgage banks, pension funds, Wall Street firms and the agencies. Working independently, and in the mortgage investment group of a national mortgage insurance company, he was instrumental in using pool insurance to restructure recourse servicing, developing nationwide wholesale relationships, trading whole loan packages and selling servicing portfolios.
Steve Venti, Director
Steve is a Director of SCA. He has over 25 years of experience working in the mortgage banking industry, including 20 years in Wall Street institutional sales, covering a broad base of national banks, thrifts, credit unions, and mortgage banks. Prior to joining SCA, Steve worked for Hanover Capital Partners Ltd., Bankers Trust Company, and Citibank. He has extensive experience in whole loan brokerage, due diligence, and portfolio analysis.
Judith R. Cianciarulo, Associate
Judith has worked in the banking industry since 1980. She was previously employed by East Cambridge Savings Bank and East Boston Savings Bank. She has held various lending and operational management positions in the areas of Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Loan Servicing as well as Secondary Marketing. Judith holds the position of Senior Consultant in Compliance and Operational Review.
Susan
Richard, Associate
Sue has worked in the banking industry since 1993. She started her career as a Collections Specialist at BayBank and later became a Senior Trainer and Instructional Designer for BankBoston. Susan joined SCA in 2002, and directs her specific expertise to managing Training and Quality Control.
John G. Tracey, Associate
“Jerry” has worked in banking since 1965. During his career, he has been employed at BayBank, BankBoston, and Fleet. He has held several management positions throughout his career including Branch Management, Bank Operations, Mortgage Servicing, and Mortgage and Consumer Credit Compliance. Since joining SCA, Jerry has been a Senior Consultant specializing in Compliance.
